We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee refund policy - if OceanEco doesn’t work for you, send us an email after you receive your delivery and well either refund you or send you a replacement, depending on the situation. Please return the product within 30 days of initial purchase. Return shipping costs are not included and shipping costs are not refundable.
